began
Each of us came from somewhere else, and each of us brought with them a lesson you will not find anywhere else.
Václav sold electric loaders across Latin America through his company Arbol Capital and learnt that business knows no borders until you build them yourself. Zuzana built a brand around cashmere and came to understand that quality and taste cannot be faked. Martin took ordinary heating pellets to a level where people talk about the product the way they talk about Formula 1. Even a commodity has room for excellence.
When we met, one thing became clear: we are no good at standing by. We want to change things. And then came the sentence there was no going back from:
And that is how NEXUS came about. What we share is a taste for life outside the comfort zone and an appetite for changing established paradigms. An open mind. And the conviction that even the world of finance can be human and sustainable, that business and decency need not get in each other’s way.
