It differs from project to project and depends on the stage it has reached. We discuss the exact amount and the structure in person, in line with your means and your goals.
What is the investment horizon?
It depends on the type of project. Quick residential refurbishments run over a matter of months, larger development projects usually 18 to 24 months. We state the horizon up front for every opportunity.
How and when can I exit an investment?
The exit terms form part of the documentation for each specific project and we set them out in writing and in advance. No surprises in the small print.
How is the investment structured in legal terms?
Every project has its own structure, matched to its character. We explain it transparently and document it before you sign anything.
How does working together proceed, step by step?
