Legal information
This policy describes how we handle your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (the “GDPR”) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on personal data processing. Your privacy matters to us, and we process only the data we genuinely need.

Depending on how you contact us and which services you use, we may process in particular:
• identification and contact data (first name, surname, email, phone, company name);
• communication data (the content of messages and enquiries sent through the contact form or by email);
• newsletter data (your email address, if you subscribe to the newsletter);
• technical data (see the Cookie Policy).
• Handling your enquiry and communicating with you, legal basis: legitimate interest, or steps taken prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
• Sending the newsletter and commercial communications, legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
• Compliance with statutory obligations (in particular in financial services, AML and archiving), legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
We keep personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the given purpose, or for the period laid down by law. Data processed on the basis of consent is kept until that consent is withdrawn. Documentation relating to financial services is kept for the period set by the applicable legislation, usually 5 to 10 years.
We may pass your data only to our processors who provide services to us, such as the operator of our emailing tool or IT and hosting providers, always under a data processing agreement and only to the extent necessary. We do not transfer data to third countries outside the EU or the EEA without adequate safeguards.
In connection with the processing of personal data you have the right of access to your data, the right to rectification, the right to erasure (the “right to be forgotten”), the right to restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object to processing and the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
