Zuzana has built a career that connects the world of high finance, fast-growing technology companies and entrepreneurship of her own. She worked in corporate banking (Citi, HSBC) and in the private banking arm of Erste, where she was named “Banker of the Year” three times.
She then moved across to innovation and technology. She led strategic projects at Rohlik, the first Czech unicorn, and founded her own fashion brand JUSTLOVE, which brings together sustainability, craftsmanship and a data-driven approach to growth.
Her experience spans continents, from an MBA in Japan to executive education at Harvard focused on the future of technology and the strategic use of artificial intelligence.
At NEXUS she is behind the commercial and growth strategy of the group. She connects capital with projects that have a wider reach, and she is building a brand that redefines what advisory means in the 21st century. Fast, smart and with a clear vision.
